23/4/14 Straight to the Salmon department, Mr Gerry O’Sullivan of Cork takes the headlines with a fine 10 lbs. Salmon caught on the troll on a Rapala. In the specimen Sea trout C & R department, UK Angler Mr. John Bojter, fishing out of www.lakelandshouse.com and fishing with his Gillie Mr. Mike O’Dwyer, caught a cracker of a Sea trout in the 7 lbs. class and sportingly released my Noble Sea Trout to continue his journey. Staying in the C & R Sea Trout department there were a couple of Sea trout caught and released by another boat but nothing that would hit the RTE news headlines. Wind SSW and variable with reasonable cloud cover.
