It was a wild day on Lough Currane with a strong NNW wind blowing with violent gusts, followed by a mixture of rain hale sleet and snow.

Made a big flood today, which should make for good fishing this Easter week. Wind SSW light and overcast with light during the day.

Mr. Dan Sugrue of Waterville with his third Salmon caught on the troll fishing with Mr. Brod O'Sullivan.

All quiet on both sides of Lough Currane with a light to fresh ESE wind blowing and as http://www.loughcurrane.com/ is reporting the Lake is very low for this time of year and there is no argument to that.

There were three salmon caught on the troll, the first was caught by
Mr Dan Sugrue of Tralee, fishing with Mr Brod O'Sullivan and the second was caught by Mr Michael O'Sullivan of waterville., and last but not least, one C&R by Mr and Mrs Breen
