Lough Currane was on the wild side first this morning but this didn’t deter Mr. Noel Stacy, heading down the lake to the Mouth of the Commeragh, with his Gillie Mr. Terence Wharton Jnr, and I can tell you it wasn’t long before Noel, caught a fine 10lbs Salmon on the fly. Wind SW fresh to strong then veered S and veered back into the SW in the afternoon with heavy ran early this morning.
