26/1/17 Update

Fishing  News update from Mr. Rob Elson of the Crescent Bed and Breakfast and of http://thecrescentwaterville.ie/  Brod and myself had a good few hours out on the lake today, 3 kelts safely returned, the last one, well when it hit the bait we thought it was the right  feller taking a hell of a lot of line but not to be, we will try again soon.

26/1/18 Lough Currane was all quiet on the SW front in all departments and I must apologise for the lack of News, but as they say that’s fishing. On the weather front as we all know we have had a lot of rain and sadly that trend is going to continue this evening with  www.met.ie putting Kerry on a Yellow warning and they are predicting  Rainfall accumulations of 25 to 40 mm, with the highest totals in the Mountains. Issued: Friday 26 January 2018 11:00
Valid: Friday 26 January 2018 16:00 to Saturday 27 January 2018 09:00
Yesterdays Weahter, amount of rainfall 5.6mm. Maximun air temperture 9.5c.
