Storm Hector, Four!
14/6/18 Storm Hector hits Waterville as a yacht brakes its moorings in Ballinskelligs Bay and as luck would have it, it landed along the 18th  fairway as golfers of www.watervillegolflinks.ie  looked down with amazement on the unmanned yacht and staying with storm Hector, we anglers got a small drop of rain  14.8mm to be precise but sadly the dry land took it but this didn’t  deter the Bungalow anglers from going out for a bit of action and action is exactly what they got. Mr. Hugh Brennan and Mr. Peter Morris, while fishing with their Gillie Mr. Neil O’Shea of www.oshealoughcurrane.com caught a fine 7lbs. Salmon and finished their day off with a fine 2lbs, Sea Trout  and all fish were caught on the troll and C&R. Staying at the Bungalow in Neil’s hired out boat department an angler fishing on his own caught a Sea Trout in the 2 ½ lbs. class. Wind North then veered West fresh with showers. Yesterdays weather, rainfall as already stated, maximum air temperature 15.9c.
