At Lough Currane, angling activity remained quiet across all areas today, with no reported catches in any department.
With little to report on the fishing front, attention turns to the weather conditions. A fresh south-westerly wind persisted throughout the day, accompanied by overcast skies and the occasional light shower. Weather data recorded yesterday showed: rainfall: 3.1 mm
Maximum air temperature: 12.6°C
Sunshine: 2 hours 9 minutes
Overall, conditions were unsettled but not severe, and anglers will be hoping for improved sport as weather patterns stabilise in the coming days.
