The wind may be in the east but at least some anglers did have a bit of a feast, and I start in the Salmon department, Mr. Terry O'Connor, caught a lightening fresh 5lbs grilse on the troll, fishing with his gillie Mr. Brod O’Sullivan. In the Seatrout department, Mr. Martin Roberts fishing in a hired outboat, caught a fine 3lbs Seatrout which he sportingly put back, and Martin finished the day off with a fine 7lbs specimen Seatrout this evening, staying in the Seatrout department Mr. Danny Wilsker of the UK caught a fine 3lbs Seatrout on the fly with his Gillie Mr. Michael O’Sullivan, also a guest caught a Seatrout in the 2lbs class with his Gillie Mr. Vincent O’Sullivan. Wind NNE light to fresh and overcast with the odd light shower.
