The flying Dutchmen takes center Stage
Anglers again got some good sport on Lough Currane, so straight to the Salmon department, they say you can’t put a good Angler down, well the Flying Dutchmen and renowned angler Mr. Adrian Adsuykerbuyk is a perfect example, and for good reason he caught a fine Grilse on the troll with his Gillie Mr. Tom O’Shea of www.flyfishingatloughcurrane.com and finished their day off with 2 Juniors  Now to the Sea Trout fly department, Mr. William Timmermans of Holland and Waterville and his good friend, caught 5 Juniors on the drift. Staying at the Bungalow, Guests fishing with their Gillie Mr. Neil O’Shea of www.oshealoughcurrane.com caught 2 Trout. Now we head down stream to the Bog, where there were 2 boats manipulating, Mr. Brian Naughton caught 5 Juniors which were all returned and Brian was telling me that he met a good few and one was a cracker but alas didn’t take his Noble fly. Staying with the Bog, in the words of www.kbfishingireland.com and I quote,  Gareth and Noel went on the lake this morning and caught 5 small Sea Trout, so they decided to target bass and was very successful, they caught 7 bass to 7lb they kept these 2 for the table and released the rest. Wind was light variable with good cloud first thing this morning and reasonable in the afternoon.
