2/2/15 There were 4 boats manipulating and maneuvering their Rapalas and Toby’s, on that note I will let Shakespeare have his say on today’s action, Toby or not Toby that is the question and the answer is they failed miserably in all departments. On the weather front it was overcast and flat calm all day with light rain this evening.
