12/7/17

12/7/17 Straight to the apology and the backdate department, Northern Ireland angler Mr. Andrew Wishart, sent me a text yesterday telling me that he was fishing out of Waterville Boats and at watervilleboats@gmail.com caught a fine 6 lbs. Salmon on the troll  and yes I failed miserably in my duty’s and again I apologise to Andrew for my discrepancies. Now today’s action, all the Sea Trout action comes from the Bungalow, Welsh angler, Mr. Meurig Parsons, caught and released two fine Sea Trout on the drift, while fishing with his Gillie Mr. Neil O’Shea of www.oshealoughcurrane.com and for the rest of the fly fishing community they failed miserably in their duties and if they did manipulate the odd Salmon or a fine Sea Trout, they certainly did fail for not letting their fingers do the talking at the end of their day. Wind was light and variable and sunny with the odd bit of cloud cover at times. Yesterdays weather, amount of rainfall 2.2mm. Maximum air temperature 19.6.
