21/7/17

21/7/17 Fishing on Lough Currane today was like fishing in the spring with a strong and cold gusty North wind blowing with heavy down pours and talking of the North that’s exactly where we start and end  today’s notes, so straight to the C&R Sea Trout fly department, Youghal angler, Mr Chris Bulman, caught one Junior on the drift, while fishing with his gillie Mr. Tom O’Shea of www.flyfishingatloughcurrane.com and considering the cold conditions Chris did well to see is fly rod doubled. Wind as already stated. Yesterdays weather, amount of rainfall 19.6mm. Maximum air temperature 15.9c.
