23/3/15

Liam
23/3/15 Great News on the specimen Sea Trout front and yes you have it or to be more precise, local Angler Mr. Liam Ellis of Waterville has it because he caught the first 2015 specimen Sea Trout weighing in at 7 lbs. caught on the troll and by all accounts’ his Lough Currane specimen Sea Trout keeps its reputation in the never surrender department, but Liam put the record straight and the rest is history. Now to the Salmon department the least said the soonest mended. Wind N light to fresh with the odd shower.

Important News from www.loughcurrane.com
We would like to ask all members to help the Waterville
Lakes & Rivers Trust with this Survey. In order to assess
the economic importance of angling to the area and use
it to protect our fishery we have put together the following
questionnaire. The survey will only take a few minutes to
complete and will be fully confidential. Your assistance in
completion of the survey would be greatly appreciated
As well as the reward of protecting the Waterville Fisheries,
on completion of the survey you will be in with a chance to
win a free days angling on one of the lakes in Waterville or a
