16/7/10

Update
On the evening shift Mr. Stephen Galvin, caught four juniors and two fine brown Trout in the 1.5 class.

There was another small flood this morning, but this didn’t deter my noble anglers from procuring my Noble game fish. First to the trolling department, Mr. John Baller of the UK, fishing with his Gillie Mr. Neil O’Shea, caught two Grilse, John’s fish weighed in at 4lbs and 6lbs, and John finished the day off with 2 juniors, also in good for was Mr. Michael Roden, fishing with his Gillie Mr. junior Scully, Michael, caught a fine Grilse and finished the day off with 1 sea Trout. Now to the total fly only department, local Angler Mr. Tony O’Sullivan caught 2 2lbs Sea Trout in Coffees Bay, sadly Tony couldn’t make it a hat trick, but that fishing, staying with fly only, Mr. Bill Rushby fishing with his gillie Mr. Dominic Mc Gillicuddy caught 5 sea trout in the Junior class. In the hired out boat department an angler, caught 2 Sea Trout. Just for the record the Waterville Angling Centre, reported to me that Higher Lakes are fishing well, so if you want a taste of the Upper Lakes you want to book now, Contact Mr. Kevin Braine of the Waterville Angling Centre, on 0876766986.
