27/4/17 Lough Currane was all quiet after yesterdays fine catch, there were at least 10 boats manipulating this day and I can say without any fear of contradiction none of today’s anglers had a Father and Daughters touch in the Salmon department, so we head for the Sea Trout department, German Angler fishing out of www.butlerarms.com  Mr. Axel ZurBrugge caught a fine 2 lbs. Sea Trout on the troll, while fishing with his gillie Mr. Neil O’Shea of www.oshealoughcurrane.com Wind NE light to fresh with reasonable cloud cover, plus the odd shower. Yesterdays weather, 0.1mm of rainfall, maximum air temperature 10.9c.
