Sea Trout update.
In the hired out boat department, an angler caught 16 juniors.

Again the Waterville fishery produced some fine action, I will start on the famous Butler Pool and of http://www.watervillegolflinks.ie/ where Mr. Ivor O’Connor caught a fine 7lbs Salmon on a Red Francis, and he was also telling me that he and his Gillie Mr. Sion Brian, also lost 1, now we head upstream to Lough Currane Mr. Dan Sugrue of Waterville caught 4 juniors with his Gillie Mr. Brod O’Sullivan, staying in the Sea trout department, local Gillie Mr. Bob Priestly caught 4 Juniors and finished the day off with a Brown Trout, also in good form with his fly rod, was Dutch Angler Mr. Tim Valderrlann with 11 Sea Trout up to 3lbs and Tim was ably assisted by his Gillie’s Mr. Terence Wharton Snr and Mr Terence Wharton Jnr and I can tell you that is some combination and that is a fact, Dr. Tim Gleason caught 4 Sea trout, and his Gillie Mr. Mike O’Dwyer was telling me that they also lost a Salmon, and four Sea trout, Mr. Pete Maxey and Mr. simon Forbs, of the UK caught 6 Sea Trout with his gillie Mr. Sylvester Donnelly of Lake Road Waterville.
