There was some great action on the Big Lake/Lough Currane today, first in the striking zone was Mr. Michael Shultz of Berlin Germany, who caught a fine 10.5 lbs. Salmon on the troll, with his Gillie Mr. Tom O’Shea of www.flyfishingatloughcurrane.com also in good form was Mr. Arthur White of Cornwall of the UK, who caught a fine Salmon on the troll, while fishing with his Gillie Mr. Bob Priestley. Staying in the trolling department, Mr. Kevin Lane fishing out of Coffey’s Bay, caught a 10 lbs.Salmon on the troll, and last but not least, Mr. Tim Loxton of the UK caught 11.5 lbs Salmon on the troll with his Gillie Mr. Frank Donnelly of www.lakelandshouse.com Wind N and cold with bright sunshine.
