The Evening Rise

Straight to the C&R department, there was a fine 6 lbs. specimen Sea Trout returned  to fight another day, by Mr. Godfrey Holden, while fishing with his Gillie Mr. Tom O’Shea of www.flyfishingatloughcurrane.com also in good form in the C&R department was Mr. Sean Smith of the UK. With a fine Sea Trout of 4.5lbs. His Gillie Mr. Neil O’Shea of www.oshealoughcurrane.com also reported to me that he saw another angler catch a Salmon between Grassy Island and Church Island. Just for the record there were a few boats manipulating this evening so watch this space. Wind light N and variable.
