Twelve days to go, and no, it’s not Twelve Days of Sorrow. With no reports from
either the Brown Trout or Sea Trout departments, one could fairly say the
anglers were well and truly browned off, or perhaps suffering from a touch of
the night‑before syndrome. Cheers to that.
Straight to
the Currane weather chart, wind moderate to fresh WSW, later veering SW,
accompanied by a good mix of cloud cover and bright sunshine drifting through.
Yesterday’s
weather: rainfall 5.1mm, maximum air temperature 16.7°C, sunshine 7 hours 8
minutes.
