4/6/17

Peter
Martin, Dave, Bob.
C&R, Bob, Dave.
4/6/17 All headlines come from the Bungalow, the home of Lough Currane Salmon fishing and for good reason, there was some mighty Grilse fishing today, particularly one boat, but we leave the best to last. First in my striking zone was UK angler Peter Morris from Newcastle, while fishing with his gillie Mr. Neil O’Shea of www.oshealoughcurrane.com Peter caught a fine Salmon Grilse on the troll. Now to catch of the day, we start in the C&R department, Mr. Dave Holmes was King of the Grilse today, while fishing with his gillie Mr. Bob Priestley, Dave caught 4 fine Salmon Grilse on the troll and sportingly put 1 Grilse back to fight another day. Now staying with the Same boat and Gillie, but a different client, Mr. Martin Coveny, caught a fine Salmon Grilse on the troll and all in all you can say today was a cracker of a day for the clients and the Gillie’s and fair play to them all. Wind SW light to fresh with good cloud and heavy rain this evening. yesterdays weather, amount of rainfall 1.8mm. Maximum air temperature 15.0c
