18/3/3 Two boats manipulating this day, I believe one of the boats was a Brown Tag hand me down tag, the other was an outright winner of his Brown tag but sadly has been demoted the rank of Barbless Angler until May 12th and his quote of the day, Went drifting for an hour as I cannot catch any more fish so there is no point going out trolling. Apparently, some guy got another brown tag after having one in January, obviously, different rules for some! Just for the record the odd Kelt was caught. Wind North light and bright.
