1/10/2021 Lough Currane drifters were all quiet and for good reason, they weren’t out there manipulating their skills after last night’s celebrating the traditional Bacon and Cabbage end of season party in the famous Lobster Bar, I can tell you the drink was flowing like the Inny and a good party was had by all and on behalf of all the Currane Anglers I would like to thank the Management and Staff of The Lobster for the great food and crack last night.

Now we head for Catch of the year of the 2021 Salmon Season or I should say catches because there’s two winners and they are Miss Amy O’Dwyer and Miss Molly O’Dwyer for catching their first Salmon with their Dad Local Currane Angler Mr. Michael O’Dwyer. Congratulations Ladies.
