Mr. Gerry O’Sullivan of Cork and Waterville, caught a 4 lbs. Grilse on the troll and Gerry was telling me that he lost two Grilse. Now to the Sea Trout, Mr. Michael Wright of the UK, caught 2 Sea Trout, while fishing with his Gillie Mr. Neil O’Shea of www.oshealoughcurrane.com Now for catch of the day and that goes to Mr. Ken Towner of the UK and Waterville, Ken caught a fine 5 ½ lbs Sea Trout on the fly. I will finish today’s notes on a personal note, because of the Radio Kerry Charity cycle race I didn’t go fishing, so instead I took 800 photos at the top of Coomakista and one charitable cyclist made it quite clear what he thought of my reporting and photography, Wind SW light and overcast all day.
