Anglers take note there is great satisfaction in C&R
18/4/17 Lough Currane was on the quiet side after the Easter Bank holiday weekend in all departments, but there was a bit of excitement around the Holly Island sometime today as a gillie and his client drifted in the Commeragh, boats watching from a distance new they were into a good fish? but as they got closer after about 20 minutes, they could see that the Gillie was on his mobile as his client waited patiently for him to finish his conversation and to carry on fishing. All I can say is some phone call some Gillie. As promised here is the photo of the Salmon being released by Mr. Matthew Solon on Sunday with his Gillie Mr. Neil O’Shea of Wind light to calm with good cloud cover. Yesterdays weather, amount of rainfall 0.1mm. Maximum air temperature 12.0c.
