Storm Ellen certainly left its mark in last night’s rain department with
Valentia recording 34.4 mm of rainfall and that does not include today’s rainfall.
As you can imagine the Waterville anglers had a great choice of Rivers, starting
with the C&R River Inny, Commeragh River and of course not forgetting the World-Famous
Butler Pool. Where the upper Lakes and Lough Currane are concerned, a strong
Southwest wind dictated today’s procedures for most of the day. Today’s
humidity 90%. Yesterday’s maximum air temperature 21.2 centigrade.
