Currane anglers were all quiet this day as the Green and Gold supporters head
for Croke Park for the All-Ireland Football Final and all I can say is Good Luck
to the Green and Gold Jerseys and the Lads of the Kingdom of Kerry Football
Team. On a fishing point of view, I hope they get a good many strikes converted
into the Galway Goal and adding a good few points to their score. Wind SSW fresh
and overcast all day followed by heavy misty rain at times.
