August 24, 2025: Six boats were observed on the water today; however, Currane anglers reported no instances of catch and release for Salmon or Seatrout. In recent days, an angler utilizing a hired vessel from Waterville Boats watervilleboats@gmail.com successfully caught several Trout. Weather conditions for Currane anglers included a light to moderate Southerly wind along with substantial cloud cover. Meteorological data from the previous day recorded 4.8mm of rainfall, a maximum air temperature of 20.2°C, and eight minutes of sunshine.
