Here is your the weather report, wind SE light and overcast with light and at times heavy rain, on the Game fishing front my Noble Anglers failed in all departments

Lough Currane was fishing hard with a hard North cold wind blowing, there were a few boats manipulating but sadly only the spent Salmon i.e. Kelt department was producing.

Again my Noble anglers failed miserably in their duties and the least said the soonest mended.

There were a few boats out manipulating, and they all failed miserably in their duties. Light rain all afternoon,

All quiet on the SW front after yesterdays catch, and just for the record there were 3 boats manipulating and alas they failed miserably in all departments.

7/2/13 Breaking news first Salmon

May it be the first of many

Great news, the Lough Currane Duck was broken today when local Gillie Mr. Bob Priestley caught a 8 lbs Salmon on the troll on the North side of the lake, so congratulations to Bob, so let battle commence with my Noble Salmon.

just one or two boats out manipulating there Lures and in the words of young Terence Wharton, and I quote, not the right fella’s yet, just four Kelts, wind N light with bright sunshine.
