Lough Currane was fishing hard with a hard North cold wind blowing, there were a few boats manipulating but sadly only the spent Salmon i.e. Kelt department was producing.

Again my Noble anglers failed miserably in their duties and the least said the soonest mended.

All quiet on the SW front after yesterdays catch, and just for the record there were 3 boats manipulating and alas they failed miserably in all departments.

7/2/13 Breaking news first Salmon

May it be the first of many

Great news, the Lough Currane Duck was broken today when local Gillie Mr. Bob Priestley caught a 8 lbs Salmon on the troll on the North side of the lake, so congratulations to Bob, so let battle commence with my Noble Salmon.
