30/7/2024. The Currane anglers had a plenty of cloud cover this day and that’s not surprising with only 1 minute of sunshine registered. on the C&R department all quiet on my WhatsApple. Wind light NNW and variable. Yesterday’s weather, amount of rainfall 0.9mm amount of sunshine 0hrs.1mins. maximum air temperature 18c. 31/7/2024. The Currane anglers had a hot and humid day to deal with today, you could say not the best of weather for my Noble Salmon and Sea Trout. Wind moderate, South veered SSW, SW. Yesterday’s weather, amount of rainfall 0.0mm, amount of sunshine 11hours.4mins, maximum air temperature 19.0c.

29/7/2024. We go back to yesterday’s Currane anglers manipulations and yes, I failed miserably in my duties because I didn’t check my emails, so let’s put the record straight. The stage is yours anonymous Currane angler. High Vince Just to let you know that 2 friends went out today. There were quite a few boats out. My friends had excellent trout fishing. 6 Sea Trout up to 2 lbs and 2 Browns and by the way, all were released but quick photos were taken. All I can say is my apologies for the delay in posting your report and thanks for your support for the Waterville Fishery. Now back to the present. Currane anglers talking fingers were all quiet today. Wind moderate SSW and veered SW and overcast throughout the day followed by misty rain at times. Yesterday’s weather, amount of rainfall 0.0mm, amount sunshine 10 hours.5mins, maximum air temperature 19.2c.

28/7/2024. No reports as of yet of any catches this day, so we head for the Currane anglers weather report, Wind gentle, South veered SSW, S, SSW, SW followed by reasonable cloud cover at times. 26/7/2024. Just a few Trout to report on the drift and a couple caught on the troll. Now to the backdate department, I was talking to the Wondering Currane angler, he reported that he caught and released a fine Grilse last week. Wind light WSW followed by reasonable cloud cover. Yesterday’s weather, amount of rainfall 0.6mm, amount sunshine 5hrs.3mins, maximum air temperature 18.0c.
