14/7/16 Lough Currane took a day off in the rod bender department, in other words the manipulating anglers failed in all departments, all I can say is what it needs is that
fifth generation Angler to show them on how to do it!! On that note I will head back to yesterdays catch and German angler Mr. Nils Sperlich and his report, in his own words or as good as and a photo of his fine fish. I was fishing with my Gillie, on Lough Currane and I caught 2 beautiful salmon. Both around 4lbs and 57 cm. The first is swimming again. Best regards, Nils Sperlich.
