5/10/16 No reports of any rod benders and to be fair with that
big flood that’s not surprising. So we will head for the record breaking rainfalls and its official,
Valentia Observatory in Caherciveen Co Kerry has recorded its highest level of rainfall on a single day since records began over 150 years ago and staying with the weather, yesterday there was 51.4 mm of rainfall and you might be interested to know that in the last four days there has been a grand total of 162.9 mm and
Lough Currane was still rising today and here a few photos. Wind SE light with reasonable cloud cover.
