23/8/18 Straight to the North Side and the Bungalow,  AmelieTimmermans of Holland and Waterville, while fly fishing with her Gillie Mr. Tom O’Shea of www.flyfishingatloughcurrane.com  caught 2 Sea Trout, the biggest was 1 ½ lbs. Just for the record all Sea Trout were put back to fight another day and for the rest of the Lough Currane anglers it was all quiet on the SW front. Wind North and this evening there was the first signs of a nip in the air on the opening night of the Charlie Chaplin Festival as you can see by the photo The Tramp gives a helping hand to a young lady!
