31/1/19 Lough Currane was all quiet on the SW front on this last day of January and still we Currane anglers haven’t broken the Wild Atlantic Salmon code of  I’ve Got him, but I can say without any fear of contradiction the Currane anglers and their faces are red and it ain’t the cold weather!! Wind NE light and variable with good cloud cover followed by a few showers. Yesterdays weather, amount of rainfall 3.8 mm. Maximum air temperature 6.9 c.
