13/7/19

13/7/19 Bright sunshine and temperatures in the low 20 s, almost no wind, very hot and still Lough Currane produces a wild Atlantic Salmon, all the honours go to Currane Angler Mr. Kevin Hore, while trolling with his Gillie Mr. Neil O’Shea of www.oshealoughcurrane.com  caught a fine 4 lbs. Salmon Grilse. Now for quote of the day and that goes to renowned Currane fly Angler Garry Humphreys of the UK and it’s a cracker, I asked Garry how low was the Lake, he replied Vincent, it is so low you could land on the Bull Rock and have your Lunch.
