Great news for all you fly anglers, because the ice was broken on the Lough
Currane fly department, Young Conor,
takes the first Currane fly honours by
catching a fine 11 lbs. Salmon on the fly on Lough Currane and His Dad Mr.
Terence Wharton Junior was delighted as you can see by the photo! Wind WNW
fresh with good cloud cover. Yesterday’s weather, amount of rainfall 5.6 mm. Maximum
air temperature 11.4c.
