Paudie
River Laune |
15/3/20
Straight to the action, Currane Angler Mr. Joe O’Dwyer, caught a fine fresh
10lb Salmon on the troll, while fishing with his Gillie Mr. Sion Braine, we
will let Sion have the last say on their fine fish and I quote, Joe was fishing
with me for the last week and we had 19 kelts and finished today with a 10 lb
Salmon. Wind NW fresh with reasonable cloud cover. Now in my book we go to
Ireland’s Salmon of the week and it’s a cracker of a 22lb Salmon caught by Mr.
Paudie Hubbert of Tralee, while Fishing the River Laune yesterday, so
congratulations Paudie on a Salmon of a life time and that’s from all the Kerry
Anglers. Yesterday’s weather, amount of rainfall 5 .1 mm. Maximum air
temperature 11.1 centigrade.
