Bright and sunny and very little action on all fronts even though there were a few small Trout caught on the troll.

Today was bright and sunny with a light Northerly wind, and sadly my Noble Anglers failed miserably in their duties on the day shift.

This evening Dr. Willie Roche of http://www.cfb.ie/ gave a presentation on the Celtic Seatrout, at the Waterville Inn which I might add was very educational and to learn more go to http://www.celticseatrout.com/ and just for the record from right to left, Fishery Manger Mr. Trevor Stafford, Dr. Willie Roche, Mr. Neil O'Shea, Mr. Kevin O'Sullivan.

Lough Currane was at a stand still thanks to a strong SE wind blowing across the Lake, even though one or two boats did venture out first thing this morning, it wasn't long be for they headed for the shore line.

It was a wild day on Lough Currane with a strong NNW wind blowing with violent gusts, followed by a mixture of rain hale sleet and snow.

Made a big flood today, which should make for good fishing this Easter week. Wind SSW light and overcast with light during the day.

There were a few good boats out and all failed miserably in their duties in Procuring my noble salmon.
