20/3/14 One boat did venture out in the wild conditions, and I can say without any fear of contradiction he failed miserably in his duties. Wind wilder than yesterday with a strong WSW wind blowing down the lake. Now to the fundraising department and no its not for the angling association it’s a much better cause, Mike O’Dwyer’s wife, Mrs. Sara O' Dwyer is running in the 2014 Virgin Money London marathon, you can donate on her web site at http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/SaraODwyer and just for the record, Sara is running for Children with cancer UK. That reminds me, I said I would donate, will you please, it’s a great cause. Talking of causes Sara is fundraising this Sunday in a 5k run, starting at the Waterville community centre, at 11.30am
