2/7/15 We Start in the Salmon department, UK Angler, Mr. Greg Sutton and fishing out of http://www.golflinksview.kerry-ireland.com/index.html caught a fine 5 ½ lbs. Salmon Grilse on the troll at the point of Green Island, while fishing with his gillie Mr. Tom O’Shea of www.flyfishingatloughcurrane.com and staying with the Salmon, an angler fishing on his own caught a Grilse on the troll. Now to the Sea Trout department, UK Anglers, Mr. Merick Parsons and Mr. Graham Elswood, fishing out of www.curranelodge.ie caught and released 5 Sea Trout up to 3 ½ lbs. Their Gillie Mr. Neil O’Shea of www.oshealoughcurrane.com told me that they were using a floating line a their star flie was the Bibio. Wind S then veered SW fresh with reasonable cloud cover.
