16/6/19 We start in the Salmon department where all the action came from the South side and local Gillie Mr. Frank Donnelly of www.lakelandshouse.com while fly fishing caught a fine 6 lbs. Grilse / Salmon . Now we head for the C&R Sea Trout department and heading out from the Bungalow, Currane fly angler, Mr. John Smith of Co. Offaly, while fly fishing with his Gillie Mr. Neil O’Shea of www.oshealoughcurrane.com caught and released a fine 3 lbs. Sea trout. Wind SE veered SW with reasonable cloud cover plus the odd shower, yesterdays weather, maximum air temperature 14.7 c.
