18/6/19 US fly angler Mr. Mark Ross a Guest of Hogs Head and fishing on the World famous Butler Pool and at www.watervillegolflinks.ie  caught two Salmon /Grilse both in the 3 ½ lbs. class and on that note we will head up Stream to Lough Currane and straight to the C&R Sea Trout department, Currane fly Angler Mr. Keith Francis, while fly fishing with his Gillie Mr. Tom O’Shea of www.flyfishingatloughcurrane.com caught a fine 1 ½ lbs. Sea Trout. Wind SW light to fresh bright and sunny with cloud cover at times. Yesterdays weather, maximum air temperature 16 .4 c.
