 9/8/2026. No reports from the Currane anglers of any C&R of wild Salmon or Sea Trout, and as I always say, that doesn’t mean my Noble Salmon wasn’t quietly C&R without a whisper. Now for the Currane anglers’ weather chart, Variable wind, moderate to gentle, starting WNW and veering NW, WNW, and back to NW. Overcast throughout the day, accompanied by the odd misty drizzle so light it might not even have been registered. Yesterday’s weather, Rainfall 0.0 mm, maximum air temperature 21.2°C, and sunshine clocked in at 9 hours 1 minute. And to finish, a cracking video from Wild Derrynane.
