23/8/17 Lough Currane was on the quiet side in all departments and you don’t  have to be a rocket scientist to know that my Noble anglers failed miserably in their duties in all departments, be it flie or lure, so on that note we head to the news paper department and for good reason, in yesterdays Irish Examiner the Waterville Fishery got a good write up as we do every week, but this week is rather special because of the specimen Sea Trout caught last week and all I can say is a big thank you from me and all who support the Waterville Fishery. Wind W light to fresh with reasonable cloud cover. Yesterdays weather, amount of rainfall 0.2mm. Maximum air temperature 18.7c.
